I attend all hospital, birth centers and home births (home support) in and around the greater Houston area.

I also provide virtual support anywhere within the United States.

“ALL THE LOVE” PACKAGE — In Person Birth Doula Services — Price: $2000.00 (I offer payment plans, scholarships and discounted pricing for repeat clients)

What you can expect:

• Pregnancy Support

  • Minimum — 3 prenatal visits (no maximum)

  • Phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy.

  • Educational Recommendations & Evidence Based Research.

  • Local Recommendations and Referrals.

  • Assistance finding a provider or birthing place that aligns with your values and prioritizes informed consent.

  • Problem solving solutions to improve relationships with medical providers, hospital staff and family.

  • Labor Preparation & Coping Techniques

  • Guidance on pain management options, interventions, inductions and cesareans

• Labor Support:

  • Immediate phone & text support from the onset of labor until you need me in person.

  • Attendance at your labor either at your home and/or place of birth.

  • Physical, Emotional, Educational Support and Advocacy during the entirety of your labor

  • Up to 4hrs of recovery support.

  • Immediate lactation/feeding support after birth.

  • Back up support from my partners with The TLC Doula Group.

• Postpartum Support

  • 1-2 postpartum well-check visits in the comfort of your home

  • Lactation, pumping & feeding support and education

  • Phone/text/email support 

  • Navigating new parent life

  • Mental Health Resources and Referrals

  • New parent and lactation support groups

“MODERN LOVE” PACKAGE —Virtual Birth Doula Services — Price: $2000.00 (I offer payment plans, scholarships and discounted pricing for repeat clients)

What you can expect — all of the above in virtual form (video, phone and text) PLUS—

• 24/7 on call support 2 weeks before due date — during labor — up to 4hrs after baby arrives.

• Additional sessions to help you get more familiar with using virtual labor tools during labor.

• Phone, text/email support up to two weeks after birth

“JUST ENOUGH LOVE” PACKAGE —Phone/Text Doula Support Services —Price: $800.00 flat fee for up to 10hrs. $100/hr. after 10hrs

What you can expect:

• 1hr initial consultation + 1hr client intake session (does not count towards 10hrs)

• Up to 10hrs of communication throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum (up to 2 weeks postpartum).

• Support, education, information, resources and referrals for pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, lactation and newborn care.

• Back up support by my doula partners with the TLC Doula Group

RADLOVE CHILDBIRTH CLASSES— Price: $600.00 per couple (discounts offered for multiple couples)

What you can expect:

• Welcoming all pregnant people and families preparing for birth and parenthood.

• 10-16 hrs of curriculum organized in sessions that work best with your schedule.

• Classes at my office in Old Town Spring, Texas.

• Virtual options available.

• Multiple options and topics for all families.

• RadLove LGBTQ+ classes will cover the basics of a childbirth class with a special focus on curriculum that is inclusive and centers the experiences of people in the LGBTQ+ community.

• Single sessions are available for families with experience but would like a review. (inquire about pricing)
